BASF young researcher award for Thomas Meinhardt

Thomas Meinhardt from the group of Prof. Anke Krüger has received the BASF junior researcher award for his outstanding diploma thesis at the chemistry department of the Christiania Albertina University of Kiel.

His research focused on the synthesis of functionalised diamond nanoparticles for new composite materials. He presented his results in a short lecture during the award ceremony on december, 11, in Kiel.
