Five members of the Würthner and Greenfield group joined this year’s ISMSC (05.05. – 10.05.2024) in Hangzhou, China. Over 100 talks from international and domestic researchers, a Chinese Banquet, and a trip around the truly beautiful city made it a very memorable experience.

Congratulations to Yvonne Wagenhäuser for getting one of the poster prices for her poster on “Multilayer Nanographene Co-Crystals with Helicenes”.

Researchers from Würzburg and Berlin present a new molecule for visualising the sphingomyelin metabolism. This offers prospects for innovative therapeutic approaches in infection research.
