With four posters we started to join the SMASH (Small Molecules Are Still Hot) Online conference!

The first paper within Sebastians's PhD project on polymeric drug delivery systems in biorelevant media was recently accepted for publication the Journal of Colloid and Interface Science!

After two weeks of working on a real scientific problem including measuring and evaluating data, the participants designed scientific posters which were presented at our virtual conference via gathertown!

As every year, Team Pöppler went on a group trip. This year, due to bad weather, we went to an Escape Room with some tricky riddles. Afterwards, we went to our grillmaster Malte and had a nice evening with tasty food and drinks.

Yesterday, we had our second online game night at Team Pöppler!

Gartic Phone and "city, land, river" with very creative categories made a lot of fun :D Thanks for joining, we are looking for a repetition soon!

Marvins paper, titled "14N–1H HMQC solid-state NMR as a powerful tool to study amorphous formulations – an exemplary study of paclitaxel loaded polymer micelles", is featured as a video on the website of the UK High-Field Solid-State NMR Facility at the University of Warwick, UK. Congratulations to Malte who finished his joint Master’s Thesis with AK Högger and Meinel! We hope to see you soon and wish you all the best for the future.

Our first PhD student Marvin just defended his Thesis and may now be called Dr. Grüne.

Isabelle has handed in her Bachelor's Thesis titled "Weißes Gold: Detaillierte Untersuchung und Charakterisierung von Elagolix Salzen". Congratulations and all the best for your future studies.

The first paper from Marvin, is one of the most popular articles in 2020 in the Journal of Materials Chemistry B.

As our first PhD student, Marvin, will be finished soon with his defense, the group came together to craft his mortarboard.

Last Tuesday, we had our first online game night this year.

Not only did current members of team Pöppler join, but also some former students.

It was great seeing you all again and we all hope for a repetition soon.

Congratulations to Lucas who finished his Bachelor's Thesis on 1st March 2021! We wish him the best for his further studies!
